What can I expect efter the first session?
You will definitelly feel more relaxed and worryfree. Probably you will feel more connected to your body, menaing you will be aware of your deeper tensions which require some more work and you simply will recognise your body needs more easily. It means that you will feel which food is good for you and what kind of movement or rest is needed at particular moment.
Some say that just by answering our body needs we can make our mind happy.
If you suffer from chronic pain or have othopedic disorders, you can expect pain release and slight iprovement in your body posture. If your condition is advanced and serious, specific training and/or more massage sessions will be necessary in order to significantly support your body.
How to get ready for the massage?
Take a shower. Wear comfortable long loose trousers and a T-shirt or a long-sleeve. The best would be if your clothes are made our of natural materials - it prevents sliding on slippery materials, allows better precision and is also much better for the body.
How does this massage looks like?
You will lay on the special mat on the floor, fully clothed while the masseuse will work with your body by massaging/pressuring all your body parts with hands, elbows, feet, tibia and even coccyx. During this movements you will feel warmth and that your muscles are getting more soft and improved in blood circulation. During this massage you can also experience stretches, rocking, or deep pressuring on specific accupressure points.
