What is the difference between these treatments?

Most of the time the longest version will be most beneficial as giving your body time and patience brings better results on a deeper level. 
 

During two hours we can focus on all your body needs and deep belly massage which is crucial in treating for example lower back pain. Deep belly massage also supports all the organs which is improving overall functioning of the organism. 

However some people find it tiring to be massaged for whole 2 hours or don't have enough free time, that's why I offer also shorter sessions. 

With one hour massage you can expect relaxation, better flow of liguids and energy, tension release and improved body mobility. However if you have a specific orthopedic problem, please choose the longer session.

There is also possibility to enjoy deeply relaxing 30minutes head and neck massage. It focuses on releasing your everyday stress accumulated in the nape of the neck and. Massaging skull base is infulencing your whole body and all organs as the nerves placed there are connected to the whole body. In addition face reflexology method is precisely releasing deep hidden tensions from the whole body and leaves you in a special happy state after the session.
